Home is a sacred space that should look and feel like an extension of who we are, from organic and relaxed to bold and brave. The spaces we build around us should feel good. They inspire, reinforce, and complete who we are.

The thread of my work has been bringing out the best in others - supporting people in expressing their innate creativity. From the music business to the world of innovation and interior design, I’m having the most fun when making things with other people. 

Almost two decades at a global design and innovation consultancy as a leader in culture and communications taught me about collaboration, listening, and the power of a thoughtfully designed experience. Prior to that, I was a concert promoter and artist manager, using my tenacity for problem-solving and empathy for the creative spirit to nurture the careers of emerging bands.

In working with you, I will combine all of this experience in creative spaces to help make your home more functional, more beautiful, more joyful, and more you. The design process is a journey - never linear, often overwhelming, and lots of fun. You can expect candid and consistent communication, patience, and empathy as we move from making your visions into something real. 

Finally, being inspired is a big part of the job! I find inspiration in travel, music, art, Mother Nature (the best designer!), film, and my three children.

Hi, I’m Sally

My mother was an interior decorator running her own business from the time I was a small child. Summers and weekends were spent tagging along while she worked. We were in and out of design showrooms, rug warehouses, and client spaces. Our own home was piled high with carpet samples and wallpaper books. Her navy blue Suburban an office on wheels, packed with furniture, bolts of fabric, and stacks of file folders bursting with ideas and inspiration. 

I guess you could say that this is in my blood. 

Fast forward through the decades. My own career started in the entertainment and music business, followed by almost twenty years at a global design and innovation consultancy as a leader in culture, communications, and workplace experience design, enabling some of the world’s most creative talent to do the best work of their lives. 

The thread of my work has been bringing out the best in others - supporting people in expressing their own innate creativity.
